Our Angels Foundation, a grief support group, presents its 6th Annual Walk to Remember on Sunday, 20 September 2009, to pay tribute to the memory of loved ones who have passed on.

“Sharing time and lending an ear to those people who are hurting from a loss of a loved one is such a loving act a person can do for another person, and we would like to promote that in our community. We hope that in this year’s walk, more people will selflessly take part in the event and honour the memory of dear people who have passed on, related or not to the participants,” said Donna Myrie-Stephen, Chairperson and Events Organiser of the foundation.

Join the walk from Seven Mile Public beach to The Wharf Restaurant and back, starting at 6:00am. The $15.00 registration fee includes a commemorative T-shirt, Caribbean/ Continental breakfast and Cabaret Entertainment. Part of the funds raised will go to Full Circle Professional Grief Support Group.

Pre-register at Foster’s Food Fair at the Strand on 12 and 19 September.
