The “Me in My Life” seminar was held at the South Sound Civic Centre in George Town earlier this month.

The 5-7 December women’s seminar helped both local and overseas participants to “pamper” and “motivate” themselves as the annual Jazz Fest was taking place in the Cayman Islands.

Organiser Catherine Tyson said the “special weekend” included an outstanding line-up of featured activities, which gave participants a much-needed break.

The featured speakers make general presentations as well as chair roundtable discussions on a variety of issues relating to women, relationships, health and family.
