Judicial Tribunal transcripts

In addition to publishing the complete text of the public hearings of the Judicial Tribunal appointed by H.E. the Governor Stuart Jack to inquire into allegations of misbehaviour against Grand Court Judge Priya Levers, for the convenience of our readers we also provide a link to the daily transcripts, commencing with the opening day on Thursday, May 7, 2009.

Day 1: Thursday, May 7 - Opening statements from Timothy Otty QC, Counsel to the Tribunal, and Stanley Brodie QC, Counsel for Justice Levers, as well as witness testimony from Philip Boni; Linda DaCosta; an unnamed witness; Zena Merren; and Carol Rouse.

Day 2: Friday, May 8 - Continued witness testimony from Carol Rouse; and unnamed witnesses.

Day 3: Saturday, May 9 - Witness testimony from Karen Myren and Elizabeth Webb.

Day 4: Monday, May 11 - Continued witness testimony from Elizabeth Webb; Patricia Palmer; Lorraine Hennie; an unnamed witness; Lorna Allen; and Yasmin Ebanks.

Day 5: Tuesday, May 12 - Continued witness testimony from Yasmin Ebanks; Nora Ebanks; Terrence Caudeiron; Delene Cacho; Lillian Curbelo-Bush; Chief Magistrate Margaret Ramsay-Hale; Karin Thompson; and Christopher Levers.

Day 6: Wednesday, May 13 - Witness testimony from Barry Randall; Desmond Seales; and Chief Justice Anthony Smellie.

Day 7: Thursday, May 14 - Witness testimony from Madam Justice Priya Levers.

Day 8: Friday, May 15 - Continued witness testimony from Madam Justice Priya Levers.

Day 9: Monday, May 18 - Closing submissions.
