Dear Sir,
Kristal Star, your praise and adoration for Mr James M Bodden III is supported, but you are sending mixed messages by extending your praise to the HRC Chairman, Ms Sara Collins. The title “hero” is to be earned, not “rubber stamped”.
There are many recognized individuals that have contributed extensive researched information concerning the pros and cons of the Constitution draft and Bill of Rights, that include the Cayman Islands Ministers Association, Pastor Al, Rev Nicolas Sykes, Ms Florence Goring-Nozza, Attorney A. Steve McField, and others. These are the real “heroes” that have put themselves out there; taking the risks and making unending sacrifices to tell the people of the Cayman Islands the truth surrounding all aspects of the Constitution with the Bill of Rights enshrined, and also the dangers of the proposed aspects of the HRC, which would create a cascade of law suits that the Cayman Islands taxpayers would have to pick up the tab on; “footing the bill”!
You obviously are not aware of the depth and width of what a Constitution, suitable and tailored for the interest of a society such as ours, should contain. In the future, give the support and honest praise to the real heroes; and you are right in including Mr James M Bodden, III, but certainly not the HRC, nor its Chairman.
If you’d like to contest my response; consult with the people of California and other states that have actually had to retain Christian attorneys like Jay Sekelow of the Center for Law and Justice (CLJ), who is fighting daily to maintain freedom of Christianity and preservation of morals and principals that Liberals, supported by these HRC groups worldwide, and who seek to take away from decent citizens the freedom of preaching the gospel and preaching against homosexuality from their God-given pulpits, and corrupt the minds of the youth .
Feel free to consult with Pastor Rod Parsley, world-renowned advocate and founder for the Center for Law and Justice (CLJ) in Ohio, who also is constantly filing petitions to keep the torch of freedom of Christianity burning and protect the minds, spirits, and emotions of the youth from being ruined by the liberals that are represented by the HRC as they impose liberal laws to be filed in the courts of the United States of America.
If the voters listen to Sara Collins and the HRC, the same series of events and law suits will have to be filed in the Cayman Islands courts system to preserve the traditional family values and our continued freedom of Christianity, since these groups stop at nothing to get what they want. Christianity worldwide is threatened by these groups supported by the HRC, and we must be very careful not to allow this to happen to the citizens of the Cayman Islands.
