Beulah McField of Meals on Wheels accepts a donation cheque from Rotary Sunrise’s President Woody Foster.

Rotary Sunrise recently donated $5000 to help the local Meals on Wheels programme.

“Meals on Wheels does a wonderful job and several Rotary SUNRISE members help out with the deliveries. We are delighted to help financially as well,” said Rotary Sunrise’s President Woody Foster when presenting a cheque to Beulah McField, organiser of the Meals on Wheels programme.

Rotary Sunrise, who has 94 young professional members from 23 countries, was chartered in 2002. The club meets at the Grand Old House for breakfast every Wednesday.
