Cayman National holds contest

Published on Friday, July 3, 2009 Email To Friend    Print Version

Cayman National is inviting local amateur photographers to compete in its amateur photo competition.

According to the financial institution, entrants will have an opportunity to win a prize in four categories and their entry featured in Cayman National’s 2010 calendar. The theme of the calendar will be local flora and fauna, and a limit of five images per person per category may be submitted in the competition.

For many years, Cayman National has produced an annual calendar, which has now become a collector’s item for both local and oversees friends and clients who look forward to receiving a copy each year.

This year marks 35 years of service for Cayman National and the photo competition is just another way to give back to the community and to encourage talent in the area of photography.

“We are very excited to extend this invitation to local amateur photography enthusiasts and look forward to a great response,” said Claudia Welds, Cayman National’s Corporate Communications Senior Executive and Manager of the calendar project.

Entry forms and complete rules for the 2010 Calendar Photo Competition can be found on www.caymannational.com/calendar or by visiting any of Cayman National’s Customer Service locations.
