CML Offshore Recruitment, a local recruitment agency, has recently partnered with two local training firms to offer Caymanian applicants an incentive to help maximize their career potential.

Micro Matrix and Innovative Management & Professional Training (IMPT) have both offered generous discounts on a number of courses to CML candidates seeking to improve their skills. CML is actively urging its candidates to partake of the opportunity via email shots and consultations with Caymanian candidates.

“CML believes that hard-working, ambitious and qualified Caymanians are the cornerstone of our Islands’ workforce,” said CML’s VP Accounting and Finance, Isy Obi.

“We have partnered with IMPT and Micro Matrix because we recognize the importance of the development and evolution of the Caymanian workforce. The Caymanian workforce must equip itself for the current economic conditions, and be prepared to grow with financial services sector.”

Ms Obi said there are opportunities for both school leavers and experienced workers.

“Regardless of whether you are a recent school leaver or a seasoned employee, employers are looking for employees who have the skills and knowledge to add value to their businesses,” she said.

“It is important for professionals at every level to enrol for a course every few years as this will serve to keep your skills fresh whether you are aiming for that promotion or looking for a new job, or want to take a first step in a new direction. It will strengthen your resume and set you apart from
other applicants.”

Caymanians interested in registering with CML should contact CML Offshore Recruitment on 949-1345 or email info@cmlor.com.
