Friday, 3 July
The Reef Resort in East End hosts annual Chili Cook-off. Winner is automatically eligible to compete in the Las Vegas World Chili Championships in October.
Entertainment includes kids activities, a s’mores pit and local bands.

Saturday, 4 July
Muzaic Music Festival features local school bands and choirs at the Harquail Theatre. Art exhibit is open all day from 10:00 am to 4:00pm.

Sunday, 5 July
Sunday brunch at Luca from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. All-you-can-eat buffet and bottomless Prosecco for $39.95 Kids under 10 eat free.

Monday, 6 July
Family Fun Day hosted by Cayman Islands Agricultural Society & Cayman Islands Horse Association. Features some good old family fun, games, food, entertainment and rodeo action. From10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Agriculture Pavilion Grounds in Lower Valley. Admission: children under 2 – free, children 2 & up - $5, adults - $10.

Tuesday, 7 July
NCVO’s annual fundraiser, the Radio/Telethon will be broadcast live from 7:00 pm on Radio Cayman and Cayman27. Call in pledges to support the community. There are many prizes to be won and great local entertainment. All proceeds go to NCVO programmes for children and the community. Wednesday, 8 July
Guided Mastic Trail Hike begins at 8:00 am. Hikers will experience a fascinating exploration deep into Cayman’s wild interior, in an area where the woodland has been evolving undisturbed for the last two million years. CI$15.00 donation for Trust members, $20.00 for non-members. Please contact Field

Thursday, 9 July
National Trust Traditional Caymanian Cooking Class, 6:00 pm at the Mission House in Bodden Town. Local chef Jaime Azan teaches traditional Caymanian cooking. This month, learn how to prepare sweet & sour meatballs and a surprise dessert. CI$15 for members, CI$20 for non-members. Call 947-5805 for more info and reservation.
