Cayman Physiotherapy visit The Pines

The assistance of Cayman Physiotherapy has enabled The Pines Retirement Home to offer weekly exercise classes to both day care and full time residents of the home. Not only are these exercise classes beneficial to the resident’s physical and mental wellbeing but also have proved to be most enjoyable for them. Cayman Physiotherapy visit each Wednesday and the generous donation of their time has added diversity to the Pines activities programme, which strives to deliver a stimulating environment for their residents. Here, volunteers from Cayman Physiotherapy Lindsay Bridgewater (standing) and Janelle Henry (kneeling) perform exercises with some Pines residents.
