National Trust Traditional Caymanian Cooking Class, National Trust Visitor’s Centre, Dart Park
Wednesday Nov 11th – “Custard Top Corn Bread”. Join the National Trust on the second Wednesday of each month as they demonstrate how to prepare wonderful Caymanian dishes. Recipe and sample of the finished product included. CI$15 for members, CI$20 for non-members. Please call 749-1121 to reserve a space!

“Guided Mastic Trail Hike”, 8:30 am Wednesdays
Hikers will experience a fascinating exploration deep into Cayman’s wild interior, in an area where the woodland has been evolving undisturbed for the last two million years. The area is home to a wide variety of animals and plants unique to the Cayman Islands. Please note that the trail is not suitable for children under six years old, the elderly and infirm, or for persons with physical handicaps or conditions that may require emergency medical assistance. Thursdays, Historic Walking Tour of George Town, 9am
Take time to stroll through historic George Town. Visit a church, graveyard, official buildings, stepwell and fortification system. Walk with us through our capital, and learn a little more about our unique culture.

Lions Club Spelling Bee Competition
The Lions Club of Grand Cayman will be hosting its annual Spelling Bee Competition at the Mary Miller Hall. The Preliminaries will take place on Tuesday, 10 November and the Finals Tuesday, 1 December. Both events begin at 6:30pm.
The Rotary Club of Grand Cayman and the Lions Club of Grand Cayman jointly invite you to take part in their upcoming “Fishing for Community Service” Tournament to be held on Saturday, 21st November and Sunday, 22nd November. Registration for this fundraising fishing tournament is Thursday, 19th November, 6:30pm – 8:00pm at Abacus in Camana Bay in Grand Cayman and on Cayman Brac at the Alexander Hotel.
