On Thursday, 1 May Krys & Associates Cayman Ltd celebrated the opening of its new offices in Grand Cayman.
The corporate recovery firm said it will assist companies in avoiding losses like the recent headline topping failures of hedge fund bank Bear Stearns.
Ken Krys, Managing Director of Krys & Associates Cayman Ltd, said: “We are a corporate recovery firm which in effect means we do liquidations and receiverships when companies get into trouble, or when there has been a fraud perpetrated we will be brought in to provide litigation support or trace the assets to bring them back to the victims.”
In the liquidating process the company aims to help maintain and sell off the valuable parts of the business in order to maximise gains for its clients.
Krys & Associates does not handle the litigation directly but it does retain legal firms on the Island who follow its decision making in order to reclaim money owed to floundering corporations.
In addition to the Cayman office Krys & Associates also operates a firm in the British Virgin Islands. |
